The apartment is spacious, comfortable and easy to use. Because of its position within the building the apartment is quiet and cool, offering good cross ventilation. The front rooms receive morning sun while the back rooms are sunny all afternoon. 2nd floor w/lift.

Broad street with palms and topiary, olde worlde lampposts complete with hanging baskets. Across from the Place Magenta, the apartment is two streets from the Ruhl Casino and beaches. There is a car park 2 streets away with CCTV.

For self catering there is an excellent green grocer, boulangerie and cheese and wine shops as well as two deli's each w/ their own specialities. Excellent English speaking chemist in Place magenta and the Tabac for newspapers, phone cards, info, etc is across the street.

Top clothing and houseware designer boutiques are all within minutes of the apartment as are good restaurants, pizza places and cafes. There are numerous smaller designers and artisans dotted throughout the area offering stylish goods that are original and unique.

Museums and galleries are easily reached either by foot or a short drive.
